In order to have the benefit of and enjoy various services offered by the Site, it may be necessary for Applicant(s) to provide P J Human Resources Pte Ltd with their personal information and/or data. Although Applicant(s) are not obliged to provide the information and/or data as requested on the Site, P J Human Resources Pte Ltd will not be able to render certain services on the Site in the event that Applicant(s) fail to do so.
P J Human Resources Pte Ltd’s purposes for collecting and using the information and data on the Site include but are not limited to the following:

(b) to assist Job Seekers / Applicant(s) to find appropriate employment with Employers and to assist Employers to assess the suitability of candidates for a job vacancy for a wide spectrum of jobs and industries; ie. for evaluation of job suitability for applicant(s)
(c) to provide Applicant(s) with various services offered by the Site and information on future job openings
(d) to contact Applicant(s) regarding administrative / job notices and communications relevant to his/her use of the Site and to respond to Applicants’ inquiries or requests;
(e) to obtain statistics about Applicant(s) to analyze usage of the Site in order to help its further development; and

P J Human Resources Pte Ltd will only disclose Applicants’ personal information and/or data to P J Human Resources Pte Ltd’s personnel and staff for the purpose of providing employment services to Applicant(s) and corporate clients of P J Human Resources Pte Ltd who have made specific requests for such information and/or data in relating to specific job opening. However, P J Human Resources Pte Ltd may disclose and/or transfer such information and/or data to third parties under the following circumstances:
(a) where the information and/or data is disclosed and/or transferred to any third party suppliers or external service providers who have been duly authorized by P J Human Resources Pte Ltd to use such information and/or data and who will facilitate the services on the Site, under a duty of confidentiality;

All collection of personal data are via direct linkage to this Site via advertiser’s web page.
